Olivia Payne

As Chief Operations Officer at Yari Capital, Olivia Payne brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her leadership. She oversees the firm’s financial planning strategies, assists with the management of client relationships, and contributes to team development. Olivia is passionate about building meaningful connections and helping individuals create financial plans that align with their values and goals.

Prior to pursuing a career in the financial services industry, Olivia spent several years in social services, supporting individuals in drug and alcohol treatment centers and children’s advocacy centers. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Georgia, and in 2019, made a purposeful career shift into finance—seeking to combine her empathy-driven background with a new skillset to help guide clients toward financial security. She now holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation, along with her Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, and her Life and Health insurance license.

Outside of work, Olivia finds energy and renewal in the outdoors, and can often be found exploring trails, parks, or simply playing in the sunshine with her adventurous four-year-old son, Noah and puppy, Milo. Whether she’s supporting clients’ financial goals or chasing butterflies with her son, Olivia leads with curiosity, compassion, and purpose.
